Rent Less B.V. is specialised in reducing commercial Real Estate lease costs with 15% to 30%.

As an independent party, we (re)negotiate current and new third-party lease contracts with considerable cost-savings as goal. In addition, we guide our clients in further optimising their accommodation from workplace to Real Estate portfolio.

Rent Less has extensive experience with companies in a change process, has in-depth understanding of Real Estate markets which ranslates in achieving optimal negotiation results without affecting the client’s landlord-tenant relationship.

Our no-cure-no-pay method, in combination with a savings-/success-fee, highly motivates us to converge interests and obtain maximum results for our clients.

We readjust third-party lease contracts to the shifting markets, businesses, consumers and environment to be aligned with the current economy.
